Conversion Option
You may apply for a BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee short-term plan up to four times (not to exceed 12 months) - our plans are not renewable. Applicants must wait six months before applying for additional short-term coverage after four policies or 12 months of coverage. Your BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee Short-term coverage can be extended if you are hospitalized at the time your coverage expires.
